10 minutes a day on my face and my skin is glowing. So easy to use.

The digital timer on the side is clear and easy to read, shutting off automatically when your session finishes. Just wish the included protective goggles were slightly softer around the nose bridge.

Sitting in front of the light while having my morning tea warms up the deep tissue and lets me hit the walking tracks without limping. But found the googles a bit tight.
