Refunds & Returns Policy
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions outlined below and your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand).
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, connected to power, or installed, except where required by law.

within 14 days of receiving your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Approved returns must be sent to the return address provided in your return authorisation email.
Electrical & Safety Notice
Our products are electrical wellness devices and are quality-checked prior to dispatch.
Once a device has been opened, powered on, or used, it is no longer eligible for return unless the product is faulty and covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at hello@brightsidelongevity.com
within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographic evidence where possible, so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Opened or used electrical or wellness devices
Personal care or hygiene-related products
Custom or special-order items
Sale items or gift cards
This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (New Zealand).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order once the original item has been returned and processed.
European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable EU consumer laws.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
Original shipping fees, duties, and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by law
Banks and card providers may take additional time to process refunds
