All Brightside Longevity products are covered by a 3-year limited manufacturer’s warranty, starting from the date of delivery.

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper operation
Damage caused by unauthorised modifications or repairs
Accidental damage or cosmetic wear
Damage caused by failure to follow care or usage instructions

Proof of purchase
A description of the issue
Photos or videos if requested

If a defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or provide a suitable remedy in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country.
